This feels as cheap as it was. Ergonomics are not great, and the point of the corkscrew is so dull that it takes real strength to get it to penetrate a regular natural cork.EDIT: I appreciate that the seller contacted me immediately (after seeing my review) to offer a refund, and did so immediately. So I will give them 5 stars for customer service, and will be happy to consider other products from them in the future. However, I stand by my comments about the product, and hope that they will discontinue it in favor of a higher quality product in the future.
