Review on TRENDnet TEW-712BR: Open Source Home Router with Wireless N Technology (150 Mbps) by Mikey Shook

The router is great but the manufacturer had some trouble getting it connected because the agent wanted to charge us for keeping the router connected to it. After the second attempt to contact the manufacturer, the router connected successfully without charging us for assistance. There seems to be a problem with this manufacturer's customer service department with their facts regarding the connection of their products as one agent wanted to charge us a fee and another gave us all the help we needed to connect their product without paying for theirs to pay for help. This is a problem of communication and knowledge with their customer service representatives.
