TRENDnet TEW-712BR: Open Source Home Router with Wireless N Technology (150 Mbps) Review

This router worked fine until after a few weeks of use it started turning off the WiFi for no reason. I always had to restart it when I got home from work to have wifi. Several checks of the settings, which I didn't overly interfere with, proved useless as to the cause of the daily Wi-Fi disconnects. The weird thing is I have 300Mbps to replace and it works great. There might be something wrong with the hardware or firmware, but since I'm not a techie I couldn't investigate.

The router is great but the manufacturer had some trouble getting it connected because the agent wanted to charge us for keeping the router connected to it. After the second attempt to contact the manufacturer, the router connected successfully without charging us for assistance.
