I'm not particularly happy, but basically everything is fine.
Some pros: The gainer itself is great! Mass gain goes well in combination with training. Has some cons: Banana will not recommend to anyone, very sweet! Taking into account the fact that I myself love sweets, I can drink banana through nausea))) I had chocolate before it, this is delicious !
