Amazon selector said it wouldn't fit my 2013 STI sedan but it fits perfectly. It's much better than the one I installed in my Beetle (I had to hook it up to the car's wiring). Simply snap into place, route the cables to the battery (there is unused cable duct in the plastic pieces under the driver's seat carpet, perfect for these and other power cables). I routed the power cord through the grommet under the clutch pedal, through the fender, and into the compartment next to the battery. There might be a better way, but I used one of the grommets under the spare tire to run a flat plug to the hitch. The only problem is they used the black wire for the positive on the battery. It makes sense to label the "hot" wire black in an AC application, but for DC I'm used to red.
