The most useful feature was tracking when jobs were completed withing service limits, not having to rely only upon my own memory (which would be inaccurate).

We did have some issues in our first year using this system but they solved those problems very quickly once we realized what their goal/solution should actually look like compared to how it appeared at times for us! I am now able use one program instead of multiple programs which makes things easier since there are so many different types out here today - especially as far along into production cycles goes where parts can change quite frequently from day-to-, week or month depending if its brand new vs old stock etc..
