The product, along with the instruction video that you can find on YouTube, is exceptional. Although we took our time to make sure everything was done right, it only took 30-45 minutes. Everything worked exactly as described in the video. While I'm good at simple DIY jobs (simple plumbing, simple electrical, simple carpentry), I generally avoid creating more complex systems myself. It made everything so easy that we felt a great sense of satisfaction at a job well done. A $50 piece with pretty much everything we needed (note that even superglue is included) saved us nearly $400 on a trip to the dealer. I was surprised to see the drill required to remove the cast screws that are on the original part. Unfortunately I didn't see this part until I had already removed the cast screws with a 3/8" bit. It was as easy as the video but if I had been paying attention I would have had less to say, think right after, i would even say the seller could charge $5 more and include a t30 door removal tool and a plastic trim removal tool and it would be an all in one package.overall very well put together, good instructions and a youtube video I recommend this to anyone having this problem.
