I bought these to wrap around our big oak tree in the front yard, they were amazing at first, and super bright, it lit up the whole yard. But after only 1 week of use, the lights failed. When I plug them in, they are extremely dull and you cannot even see them light up unless your eyes are 2 inches away from the lights.I bought these in September and of course when I put them up it’s a few days before Halloween and I cannot return them because I’ve had them for a month now, but only used them for a week. All the other lights I bought from this vendor still work, I don’t know if the set I got is faulty or what. It hasn’t rained or got wet, the wires are not torn in any way, I’ve inspected the whole string, even changed out the plug to another one to see if that was it, I couldn’t find a single reason why they just quit.Hopefully they reach out so I can atleast get a replacement to use for next year, it’s too late to get them replaced this year unfortunately.I wouldn’t say do not buy them, as I honestly feel I received a faulty set. All my other ones work, but this one does not.
