After one year of regular use, the chair finally gave out. It is nearly hard to sit on the chair since the thin poles that were supporting it have fallen out, and it is now falling through. It is my recommendation that you only accept it if you are certain that your ace is lower than mine. It is not going to be returned as part of the warranty. The use of pillows both beneath the lower back and under the head is not something that I would encourage.
