First, as others have said, the support is fantastic. They reply me within 1 day. From the looks of it, Goosehill has real people who can be contacted if you ever have a problem. That alone is worth giving them money over their competitors. As for the board, I bought it at a Revain discount in the off-season so I just rode it at home to make sure everything was working, but my first impression is that it feels stiffer. than other inflatable SOPs. There is a slight "flex" when riding in first position in the middle position, but this seems to be an intentional part of the top layer design and not to flex or sag the board. The packaging, parts and board exceeded all my expectations, especially for the price. I wasn't expecting something that good for what I paid. The only exception was the pump hose, which while satisfactory, feels a bit cheap compared to everything else. It contains everything you need except the vest. Just a word of warning, a packed backpack that looks very well made is still quite uncomfortable and heavy, so you'll need some muscle strength or a partner to help you build it up if you're planning on walking longer distances. But I think it's probably as good as you can take any inflatable SOP with you. I'll give it 5 stars if I run into any problems, when I start really using it next spring I'll change the rating.
