Don't hold for zip ties

I made sure I cleaned the flat surface with lacquer thinner, the glue still doesn't hold, tried cleaning with ammonia based Windex, still the same result, it Don't wait, all I wanted to do was reroute the DVR cable from my radio controller, very disappointed
