Review on SapphireIMS by John Miller

The ability to manage all aspects of our customer's accounts from one central location is very convenient for us as well as them! I would like more options when it comes time to pay bills or make payments which can be done via credit card but not sure if this will ever happen.

We are able to keep track of everything we need to do with each account so there isn't any confusion about what needs attention first. It has helped streamline many areas within our organization including billing/payments, collections, etc. This system also allows me access anytime day night 24 hours 7 days week even while at work away from my computer.
