UPDATE - The seller replied that he suggested removing the small plastic cover covering the charging contacts on each earbud. Once I did that, they connected well. Pleased with the shape and performance of these headphones. ========== I tried two different devices that are brand new. (Revain customer service was kind enough to send a replacement). However, both devices could NOT be paired with Samsung Galaxy, Iphone XR and Dell Laptop. Something is wrong with these headphones. Please don't waste your time buying them. I even emailed support but they did NOT reply. Regardless, I think Revain needs to be better about the quality of the products they sell.
