took about 17 months, installed over a canopy
Not sure I justified my $$$, it started cracking within a year, my husband was able to mend it a bit and it pull up to get a little more life. But now it's just useless. So pays about 9 dollars a month for its usage. Thought it should last at least 2 years in Southern California.
