After I submitted a detailed review (see below) showing problems with various tubes, the seller contacted me when I tried to install the tubes. He promptly refunded my entire purchase and sent me a replacement of 3 tubes as a token of goodwill. Because of the excellent customer service, I have upgraded the rating to 4 stars. I have previously purchased and successfully installed replacement bulbs from another vendor, so I have not tested the vendor's replacement bulbs and therefore cannot comment on their quality. CP Previous Review: (All 3 tubes had holes before they were installed. Also, the valve stem was bent and broken on 1 of 3 (I bought a set of 3) and the lock washer was missing from the saddles. Bike wheel frames. Do not buy! Chad P)
