UPDATE 24 APRIL 2020 from a previous negative 1 star review posted a few weeks ago

After I submitted a detailed review (see below) showing problems with various tubes, the seller contacted me when I tried to install the tubes. He promptly refunded my entire purchase and sent me a replacement of 3 tubes as a token of goodwill. Because of the excellent customer service, I have upgraded the rating to 4 stars. I have previously purchased and successfully installed replacement bulbs from another vendor, so I have not tested the vendor's replacement bulbs and therefore cannot…

The hose broke at the valve stem. Received 2 replacement tubes.

The inner chamber was delivered on 04/11/20. The tube is fitted and I have ridden the bike many times with no problems, most recently on 6/16/20. Today the 6/24 tire was flat and was NOT holding pressure. I took the tube out of the tire and quickly found the hole where the valve stem attaches to the tube. For the photo I put a thin blade of grass in the hole. If there is a failure at the base of the valve stem, it looks like this chamber is beyond repair. This is "Freedom Bike DuroLite Tube 700

Great tube but the product does not match the description on the box!

Updated review from 28/10/2019: it is a pity that it is impossible to share the review between the seller and the manufacturer of the goods. The seller's customer service was fantastic. It's obvious they take pride in their work and customer satisfaction is their number one priority = 5 stars.
