Fits a 2002 Odyssey and has put on a few hundred miles with no problems. It has a fake screw just like the original part. You put an open-end wrench on it and drag it to the back of the van to loosen the tensioner and remove the belt. I've used this feature a few times. and the tensioner has withstood such use. Get long handled keys in port freight, they give more leverage and are cheap but good quality.
