I tried everything for oscillating tool accessory

These sanding pads, no matter how I put them on and even tilted them as far as possible, the pads just didn't hold up. I didn't have to use them for more than a few minutes before they fell off and the sad part is I could get more polish from them if they just stayed on 2 that could handle them but they aren't worth it, I'm sorry if I could it would be 0 stars
