I wanted to love this vacuum and spent a year trying it out. But the hose just ripped off the metal arm and I was done with it. It broke after I just picked it up - I didn't do anything incriminating with it. Before this problem I found the vacuum cleaner very awkward to use. The two long metal arms are so long and difficult to use and you can't easily use the short one with any attachments. The lid doesn't last long - the thread is short so it's constantly twisting which means a mess. I was really excited about it, but it just hurt and it all feels very cheap, even if you don't factor in the price, which is now supported by a severed hose that I can't relate to. So not worth the money.
