WIN10 Users READ THIS

This card works with WIN 10. I originally rated this product 1 star because it didn't work with my WIN10 computer initially. However, after receiving phenomenal support from the vendor, I got it working. The package includes a CD that will direct you to the Inateck website. There you need to find your product to download the driver. At the time of posting there were 2 drivers listed but neither listed an applicable OS so I didn't use either driver. The rationale for my decision was that it was said that you don't need to install drivers with WIN10 - that's not true! (read below). If the driver didn't load, Device Manager only showed the Universal USB 3.0 hub. Here's the manufacturer's recommended solution: 1. Connect the card to a power source using the supplied cables (and the appropriate ports in your PC). A NOTICE. My previous card (although it had a power connector) did not require a power connector. However, this card requires the use of a power supply port. Once connected, the green LED on the card will light up.2. Download and install driver version 3.8.33709.0 from Inateck official website. A NOTICE. After installing the driver, my device manager listed a specific (non-generic) USB 3.0 hub. YES, I RECOMMEND THIS CARD. Good luck with your application.
