It doubles as multiple layers for air frying!
I bought this because there are only two fry racks in the air fryer basket for my Instant Pot which limits servings. This is especially true when frying french fries. Couldn't even get one portion at a time. Now I can make a large batch of fried fries with these dehydrator racks. Delicious! The parts are well thought out and built to last. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. It is easy to store and does not take up much space in the closet. Really improved my air roast. And I haven't even tried the dehydrators they're sold under. Look forward to something. Very happy with this product.
