New favorite for small cutting jobs
This knife has become the new favorite for small cutting jobs here - which seems to be a big part of what we do! A few onions or peppers for frying, a few tomatoes for a salad, etc. Very comfortable and secure in hand (the top is flattened), light enough but strong. Definitely not in the dishwasher! Good knives need to be hand washed, which is quick and easy for this small tool.
