okay wool socks for the price.
but they aren't as good as i've found before for similar $. texture is more like 80s tube socks.they're thick.but a little coarse and that makes them a little scratchy. fine for regular needs, but i need 'em for 120 degree heat, and the last two kinds i found that were thinner and stretchier and softer were discontinued. nothing WRONG with these socks, they're just average.

- Ordered these for hubby. His other wool blend he wore out. I believe will last a while. Very sturdy.
Cons
- The socks may be too thick and heavy for some hikers or workers
