I live in an apartment building with a balcony where the floor was stained and you are not allowed to paint or install permanent flooring. These tiles were just what I needed to keep the balcony looking decent without having to hire a professional to install it. The tile is very easy to install and easy to cut. For large cuts I used a small jigsaw and for small cuts I used a Ginsu knife. They are also easy to clean. I cleaned them with a broom and mop and even poured a small bucket of water over them. They wash easily and quickly, drain the water without any problems. You can get them cheaper at some members-only warehouses (I did), but I ran out of money and couldn't get them at the warehouse, so I got what I needed through Revain. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these tiles!
