I wanted to send them back because the metal posts in the handles were crooked. But they were safe enough, so I kept them. They cut pretty well. Grip issues aside, however, it's evident that there wasn't an ounce of pride in build quality in their manufacture! I can believe one of the brass boxes will come loose, but all three? It turns out that all three handles have cutouts for the brass housings. I'm telling you, that's what I expect from China at the moment. Well it's been a long time so it doesn't surprise me at all. Are they worth what I paid for? No, but I'll leave them anyway, as I said, they cut well.
