Review on 💪 Powerful Lightweight LG Cordless Upholstery Solution by Nate Nelson

I don't know if I've ever written a negative review for an expensive product, so this is the first time. This is a very expensive little tool. I bought it because my Dyson and SharkNinja are too bulky for carpet steps and generally not very manoeuvrable. I wanted to like her. There are so many things that could be great! - it's small - easy to store - rechargeable - beautiful - lightweight IT WILL NOT PICK up goals, dust or dirt unless it's on a carpet. Bad on the edges, corners. You should be willing to pick things up with your fingers. The filter is NOT EASY to clean. You need a magic wand to remove the dirt every time you use it. So frustrating. I can't believe this vacuum is almost $500. I can't go back now, even though it's only been 3 months. wiser and poorer. UPDATE: A year has passed and it doesn't work at all. SMH.UPDATE: After 3 months and 3 attempts to get a warranty repair through CS I still can't get the box and tag. Every time a very good representative tells me what he intends to do. That never happens. UPDATE: I finally got the box to post this return. IT WAS EMPTY! A HUGE EMPTY BOX WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS AND A POSTBAR FOR RETURNS. I called CC. A nice woman told me that she would send a return label in 3-5 days. A month has passed. Two more calls about a return label "escalated" my problem. Nothing yet. AMAZON, if you're listening, please help. This is a terrible experience for customers. I will not buy another LG product from your website again. Is always. And you can see how much I spend every year. Oh well. Help!
