Wow the quality of this crap. The screws were so tight for the contacts that I saw the plate flex when I unscrewed the first screw. Since then I've secured it when I installed the wires 1 by 1. One of the screws was even exposed as I had a large flat head and used that. I replaced this screw with one of the screws from the old switch, which is made of a much better material from the same brand.
