Easy to use interface from mobile devices. Simple features for day by day bookings with ability to view reservations or changes directly in app itself without needing web browser access. The site selection process can be tedious especially when there are more than 1 location under consideration; however, I have found that this could use improvement if it helps make my customers happier with their stay experience! Very easy customer engagement solution via SMS services offered through Mobiwala (PESEL Number required). No other software has so far managed our campsite reservation needs well enough until now which is why we decided to try out this product after trying some of its competitors available online. It's working great at present as expected and will continue doing the job till further notice. We're solving our problem related to booking and managing guests' stays using MYSITEs Camping System. The price point for this product was very reasonable compared to other products that I have used in the past. I could not find any issues with the product at all. It has been very easy to use and navigate. I am able to do everything that I need to do from my phone and computer. The customer service support is also exceptional! We are able to track our reservations and payments easily and quickly.
