Easy to replace but burned out after 8 months. The seller has a 30-day guarantee. We bake in the oven about once a week, so we don't use it often. I suspect it is cheaper Chinese material or similar quality. The original GE unit lasted 35 years. But it costs the same as a very large pizza and don't expect much.
