I also contacted Autowit support to find out what the problem was with my first device. The support is also very responsive and helpful. Update August 2021: I've had it for about a year now and never had a chance to really use it outside of initial testing. It has sat on my bookshelf at home most of the time. Today I had to go and save a friend. To my dismay, this device did not work. It charged up to about 75% and switched to fast boot mode automatically. Unfortunately, 75% is not enough to start the car. No matter how I tried to charge it (USB/light port/car battery), it got stuck in fast boot mode and refused to charge. Now I'm trying to contact support. Will be updated once this support ticket is considered. In the meantime, I am lowering the rating to two stars due to poor reliability.
