Terrible replacement policy Cheap product

We tried to fit it in our Nissan but the gearbox was so cheap it broke and we didn't have time to ask for a replacement. My husband drives a truck so it took him two weeks to install and no we cannot request a replacement because you only have 30 days to replace it.
