I bought one fountain with a cord that was annoying and potentially hazardous, so I found this fountain and bought it instead. I love it! It was so easy to set up and has 4 different spray options that are nice. The only thing I wish there was some control over is the flow.If it's super bright and sunny, the fountain is at full blast! If it's cloudy, the fountain will spurt water intermittently until the sun comes back out. It's solar powered, so this makes sense, but I thought there would still be an element of control over the flow. There's no reserve battery to keep the flow continual and there's no ability to lower the flow if you don't want it spraying full power in the full sun.The fountain is still awesome, but I just think that's important to know based on what you're using it for. I think the birds are a little freaked out by the flow changes, so not ideal in the bird bath like we had planned.
