The bag I received was previously remanufactured. I would prefer to receive a discount if I receive an opened box/returned item. Since there are compartments inside and items are packed in boxes, it was obvious that all items had been previously opened without much care. I would have sent it back in a heartbeat, but I had a broken Kwikset register that was in dire need of a replacement. The handle set fits perfectly with the matching Schlage Z-Wave Connect Camelot touchscreen latch with integrated alarm, brushed nickel, BE469 CAM 619 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AGK9KOG) Installation note: When drilling the base holes, use a 5/16" drill bit, not the specified 3/8"; You get a much cleaner fit.
