It should be galvanized. I installed it on a sailing boat as an exhaust pipe for a small diesel heater. The stater leaks for 6 months, then it completely disintegrates at the exit point. I've never had anything really and properly galvanized without failing completely. See photo for full and absolute proof of fault. I don't see a way to survive this in an environment where there is salt at all (like a road set aside for winter). Must look for the best option.
