Bought because it's quiet and didn't read the reviews. After receiving it and studying its knock, I read the reviews. One review mentioned hearing a "clap" every "17 seconds," and many reviews complained that each only gets one pack. Well, as soon as I turned on the vacuum cleaner, it sucked really well, was relatively quiet, and then bang. Bang bang. The "clap sound" is much louder than just a pop. It looks like the air is being pushed back through the filter which also acted like a lot of dust when "clap". I spent $600 on a vacuum because it had to be quiet. The impact sound refutes any claim that it is silent when it occurs at least twice a minute. And apparently it's okay to only get one of each of the bags. Sent it back immediately and looked for a vacuum cleaner that didn't "bang".
