In my opinion this product should not be on the market at all. All comments say it is plug n play and no additional parts are needed for the early 2000 Mazda6. I have over 20 emails back and forth with a company trying to get buttons and features to work. No luck so far. Now they send me a PCB to TRY. I returned one and they sent me a replacement with the same issues. They forced me to send photos of the software version, my wiring and what wasn't working. I've been a car mechanic for over 30 years and I can't seem to get a simple car stereo to work as described. I would pay extra money and buy a reputable brand if you want to upgrade your Mazda6.
