Regrettable in-dash navigation

Missing some features and it wouldn't even turn on when professionally installed in the car. All the labels on the wires were in a foreign language

Installation was easy but not plug and play Overall I'm happy with the installation but I'm still trying to figure out if the steering wheel controls work but everything else works

Not a perfect fit. in the car video

Had to cut some of the original trim off the AC dials to fit them to the dash. But overall it worked well. Easy install, haven't set up any USB or Aux connections yet. Get a gasket kit to place in your car for easy access.

Nice head unit but lacks good documentation and customer support needs improvement.

First let me say that I like the head unit but my experience would be more beneficial if the manufacturer provided good documentation for the unit. There is customer service but they couldn't adequately answer any of my questions. I had to change the plastic for the air controls before I could properly install the unit in the dash, so it's not exactly a direct replacement, but it was a bit of a hassle. The next problem was changing the temperature from C to F, which turned out to be impossible…

Much luck.

In my opinion this product should not be on the market at all. All comments say it is plug n play and no additional parts are needed for the early 2000 Mazda6. I have over 20 emails back and forth with a company trying to get buttons and features to work. No luck so far. Now they send me a PCB to TRY. I returned one and they sent me a replacement with the same issues. They forced me to send photos of the software version, my wiring and what wasn't working. I've been a car mechanic for over 30…

The only installation issues were minor. Mazda 6 08 car (not Bose) Cons: 1. Terrible instructions. Basically you had to figure out which wire harness goes where by checking the fit. No marking at all.2. I had to cut off some plastic pieces to allow the frame to get up to where the air conditioner is. It's all hidden, so it's no big deal. Pros: 1. This is to help those trying to fit this into a Mazda 6th with a factory Bose and the addition of a rear view camera. Connect all wiring harnesses to the back of the unit. Each plug only fits into one socket. View of the pink main plug. There is a brown wire labeled REVERSE. Cut the wire in half.
