I noticed that Revain has only just started selling this product (in August 2017) so I decided to buy this device even though it is There were no reviews for it and I was not disappointed. I was hoping that with the new design the company would solve some of the problems other users were having with other devices on the market. I use it with a 2017 MacBook Pro (13") and have tested it with multiple USB devices (a Logitech mouse and a ScanSnap scanner), SD cards and an Ethernet cable connected to my home network. It's been working fine for me for a week now.I also use it as a charging port where I plug a USB-C charging cable into this device and then it charges my computer.I also like that all the cables are only connected on 3 sides and the 4th side is not plugged in. This allows for neater cable management on my desk. The unit looks very well made and matches my Space Gray computer perfectly. Overall very satisfied!
