I had high hopes for this device and was hoping for a good WiFi connection. Boy was I wrong! Installation was difficult because they gave me a CD to install drivers for the product when my PC didn't have a CD player so I had to go to their website and that was the problem, then the manufacturer promised an "802.11 ac "-Connection. which means "5GHz band" but they only offered "802.11 b" which is a 2GHz band which is much worse than the 5GHz band. Gives out poor Wi-Fi speeds and connectivity and just isn't very useful in today's world, to be honest. I pay for Wi-Fi up to 500MB/s and my laptop easily hits 120-200MB/s which is a really fast connection. However, when I received this product, I only got a download speed of 2.1 MB/s and an upload speed of 0.96 MB/s, which is a very poor connection. I was very disappointed with this product and sent it back the next day. Don't waste your money on it, honestly it's not worth it! I hope this review helps other buyers! I left the pictures for the speed test. Compared the My Computer Speeds test between my laptop. (First picture is my desktop, second picture is my laptop)
