I like how it helps me organize my schedule of all appointments in one place instead having them scattered across different folders! It also keeps track well when you have extra time scheduled off or need additional hours worked during busy times of month (i'm talking about weeks where we've got multiple patients coming through our doors!). The customer support team can be slow at responding sometimes if they are swamped so make sure someone else isn't available before asking questions as there's nothing worse than waiting months only get an email back saying "we're sorry but this was not resolved". We use ours primarily throughout the year - scheduling each other between shifts/days off etc., keeping tabs on what needs doing next week & being able to see who has upcoming days off without going into individual patient files which would take longer since most often people don't know their exact day(.
