Easy To Use Program That Has Everything

I love the ease of use. You can do so much with LabStar, there is no end to it. It makes taking care of my business easy. From scheduling appointments to invoicing and billing, everything is here. I can even keep track of my lab's inventory in the system. I have never ran into an issue that I had to contact support for. I have had a couple but they were easy to fix. I also love that my billing is paperless and I can see exactly what I am doing. I don't have to rely on my computer for it. I…

An efficient tool for tracking team members and assets

The interface was easy enough so I could figure it out without too much trouble but not necessarily intuitive or simple which made me feel like there were things i missed along my learning curve of this product specifically (labstar). It's good! We've been able use all our data points in one place instead of having 3 different programs we had used before - plus being connected through each other has helped us keep track better than ever because now when something changes across multiple…

Great way for employees and clients alike

I like how it helps me organize my schedule of all appointments in one place instead having them scattered across different folders! It also keeps track well when you have extra time scheduled off or need additional hours worked during busy times of month (i'm talking about weeks where we've got multiple patients coming through our doors!). The customer support team can be slow at responding sometimes if they are swamped so make sure someone else isn't available before asking questions as…

Easy Way To Send Files In & Out Of System

The ability to easily send files in and out of the system is what makes Labstar stand out from the rest. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great. It can be a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. I have been using Labstar for a little over a year now.
