Works well in sport
This is a test for me, my Cannondale Caad 10 came with 52/36 chainrings and an 11/28 cassette with Shimono 105 components to make it easier for me to climb the hill and keep the speed I wanted. I changed the sprockets to 52/34 and 11/32 cassette with a long cage rear derailleur. So far this is working fine.
