Review on πŸͺš DCT Woodworking Thin Rip Table Saw Jig Guide Tool for Efficient Woodworking: Precision Cutting Wood & Ripping Chair Slats, Cabinet – Ideal for Router or Band Saw by Louis Abrams

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Solid tool, except e.g.

This appears to be a reliable tool with one exception. I have a Bosch 4100 table saw and the jig won't snap into the corner slot. There is a small, very vague hint that the "wing" on the mounting nut (bolt?) has to be perpendicular to the body in order for it to lock. ? The bolt he's pointing to in the picture is what the handle screws onto. When I try to turn this screw, it only turns back and forth 90Β°. The wing is not visible and still does not block. I've tried contacting the manufacturer, every email or reply I send generates the same robot response. "Sorry you're having trouble, I suggest you contact Revain." Calls phone number on website, rings 4 times, then hangs up. Found reviews elsewhere with the same problem as mine, some people with Bosch 4100 saw out no, .out no. If I could get it to fix it on a miter rail I'd give it 5 stars, but the complete lack of support on how to do that lowers my rating. If anyone knows how to fix this I'd love to hear from you. To update. I took this light to my local wood shop and they were able to take it apart and figure out this 'key'. Now it snaps into my table saw and works like a charm. I've upped my rating to 4 stars, would have given 5 apart from the horrible customer service from the manufacturer/seller.
