Licks like a sieve on Home Goods

At first glance it looks like a quality product and I was happy with my purchase until I decided to actually use the lantern. I bought this one because I had bought some cheaper ones before that were decent but very cheap so this time I decided to spend a little more hoping to get a little better quality. When I first unboxed the flashlight it turned out to be better made and the adjustment knob was better. The problem was that I had it filled (only about half capacity), moved it and found this thing was leaking badly. I seem to be leaking because the top half is welded to the tank. I think if you sit on it, fill it up and never move it probably won't leak, but other than that it's just an expensive paperweight. Another quality issue that surprised me is the lack of a rubber grommet on the filler cap, even the cheapest of the big stores have one. In fact, you are paying for a stamp pasted onto an unnecessary item.
