The SC1308 charger does not work as stated in the user manual. The home display tells you that the battery you bought is probably connected to the charger. After 6 hours of charging, the % value has not changed from the initial value of 95. NO charge indicator light that turns amber while charging and turns green when charging is complete. When troubleshooting, the charger should be checked by observing a spark when the terminals touch. That's ridiculous. They put the same instruction manuals on all of their chargers. The charger's programmable logic controller is not programmed correctly for this particular charger. Lack of RMA after-sales service
