I have an OEM charging grid in our 2003 Toyota Highlander and it still works 17 years later. But in terms of cost, if this lasts 5-7 years and you need to change it, then I'm still ahead. PROS: Low cost, near exact fit, no rework to install (hooks were already installed on the 2019 Ford Fusion female so I can't comment on the hardware included) CONS: Doesn't feel heavy like an OEM, OVERALL: if you need a cargo net (and who doesn't) and don't want to pay OEM prices, then this is for you.
