We had a new whistle which we researched and a matching collar for a WEEK and the device fell out of the aluminum attachment point whilst my dog was playing alone outside in the garden. I have just bought a Go-Explore whistle and a brand new whistle collar as I thought it would be the safest way to hold this new whistle (I had an old whistle for 2 years and lost a device due to the attachment mechanism failing and had to have a replacing few other attachments as the plastic and rubber collar attachments failed after only a few months I am very disappointed that this known weak point in the whistle system has not been properly addressed, even with expensive branded collar upgrades makes quite a nice product almost useless, when I'm constantly afraid that the device will fall out at any moment.I even take off the collar when it's in the dog park, but if the device isn't safe enough, even if it's just in the backyard, it really becomes a useless product. Disappointing because we were such big supporters of the product despite the problem we didn't invest in our old version but whistle e shit n simply not attaching importance to the quality control of their products.
