Don't waste your money on a cheap scanner

Bought for use in a cookbook project. Instructions say easy to use. You need to develop some skill. However, it is scanned with lines. The photos were of terrible quality. The recipe should not be included in a cookbook. Unfortunately, it took a while for the family to get together for the project. Mom died and it was to turn her recipe box into a book of all the family's favorite dishes. The return period has expired. Now I'm stuck in the garbage. I ordered a Doxy scanner, 100% better than this one.
