Review on 🚵 Challenge Gravel Grinder Race Tire 700x38C: Folding Clincher for Ultimate Performance and Durability in Vulcanized Nylon, 120TPI, in Sleek Black by Ryan Gilliam

I bought them to replace a set of Challenge Almanzo tires. Almanzos were great but too narrow for mixed loose gravel (up to 1/2 inch) ) that are part of the Bay Trail (in the Mountain View, California area), I also had to replace the Almanzo because one of them was chipping (!) which is one of the problems with these tires, 50 psi front and 55 rear, my 2 hour ride (with a strong headwind) on the Bay Trail is much nicer. I have not tried these tires with any form of climbing (Bay Trail is mostly flat).
