Glad to have this set at home now. I've watched a few videos on how to use it - you should too. Forget the included instructions, the video shows how to do it much better. I pulled out a few small dents on our car with ease - by no means a flawless result - but made the dents about 70% less noticeable with a little work. Note that this is not "magic" and requires some thought about puller placement. and lightly lubricate the elbow with isopropyl alcohol to remove the adhesive residue later. Also note that most pullers are not reusable, but there are many in the kit to remove dings and dents of various sizes. With a little practice, patience, and thought, you can get pretty good results with this set. Saves a trip to the auto repair shop for everyday dents and medium dents.
